Size Guide
How to Measure
Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline without pulling the tape too tightly.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips while standing with your feet together.
Inseam
Measure from the top of the inside leg down to your preferred trouser length.
Shoulders
Measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
Sleeve
Measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the sleeve.
Top Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the scrub top.
Thigh
Measure around the fullest part of one thigh while standing naturally.
For the most accurate result, measure over light clothing and keep the measuring tape comfortably fitted without pulling it too tightly.

Fit Advice
Scrubs should allow comfortable movement without appearing excessively loose.
If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
Product fit may vary slightly between styles, so customers should also review any product-specific sizing notes before placing an order.
