ProScrubs currently delivers across Pakistan, subject to courier availability in the customer’s location.

ProScrubs garments are made to order. Please allow 10–15 working days for stitching and quality checks before dispatch.
The estimated overall delivery time is approximately 20–25 days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location, courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Standard shipping charges are Rs 400 per order across Pakistan.

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch where the selected courier service provides tracking facilities.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be resent because of an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or a failed delivery attempt.

Customers should contact ProScrubs promptly if a parcel arrives damaged or items are missing. Include the order details and clear photographs so the issue can be reviewed.
