Refund and Returns Policy


Returns Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged only if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Return Window
The return request must be submitted within the client-approved number of days after delivery. Leave the exact number unconfirmed until the client provides it.
Non-Returnable Items
Items may not be accepted if they:
– have been worn or washed
– have missing tags or packaging
– show signs of damage caused after delivery
– were customized or altered
– were purchased under a final-sale condition, where applicable
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. The customer may be responsible for return and redelivery charges unless the wrong item was sent.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If an incorrect, damaged, or defective item is received, the customer should contact ProScrubs promptly with the order number and clear photographs.
Return Shipping
Return-shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return. ProScrubs should cover reasonable return costs where the wrong or defective item was supplied.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected. The time required for the amount to appear may depend on the payment method or financial institution.
