How do I choose the correct scrub size?

Use the ProScrubs Size Guide to compare your measurements with the available top and trouser sizes. If your measurements fall between two sizes, choosing the larger size usually provides a more relaxed fit.

Are the measurements provided in inches?

Yes. The current ProScrubs size charts are provided in inches. Review both the top and bottom measurements before selecting your size.

Are top and trouser sizes the same?

Not necessarily. Top and bottom measurements are shown separately, so customers should compare both charts before placing an order.

Can product colors look different on screen?

Slight color differences may occur because of lighting, photography, display settings, and screen calibration.

Where can I find fabric and care information?

Fabric composition and care instructions will be shown on the relevant product page once they are confirmed for each design.

How do I place an order?

Select a product, choose the available size or options, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process.

Which payment methods are available?

Available payment methods will appear during checkout. These may include Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, or online payment after the relevant payment gateway is configured.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Contact ProScrubs as soon as possible. Changes may only be possible before the order has been processed or dispatched.

How will I know my order was received?

After successful checkout, you should see an order confirmation on the website. A confirmation email may also be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Can ProScrubs cancel an order?

An order may be cancelled if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, delivery information is incomplete, or suspicious activity is identified.

Where does ProScrubs deliver?

ProScrubs delivers across Pakistan, subject to courier availability in the customer’s location.

How long does delivery take?

ProScrubs garments are made to order. Stitching and quality checks usually take 10–15 working days before dispatch. The estimated overall delivery time is approximately 20–25 days, depending on the customer’s location and courier operations.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch where the selected courier supports online tracking.

What happens if I enter the wrong delivery address?

Contact ProScrubs immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, additional delivery charges may apply.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged or incomplete?

Contact ProScrubs promptly and provide your order number along with clear photographs of the parcel, packaging, and affected item.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with the original tags and packaging.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, subject to stock availability and the conditions stated in the Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Who pays the return-delivery charges?

This depends on the reason for the return. ProScrubs should cover reasonable return costs when the wrong or defective item was supplied.

How long does a refund take?

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been inspected. The time required for the amount to appear depends on the payment method, bank, or payment provider.

Are customized or altered items returnable?

Customized, altered, used, washed, or final-sale products may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
