1. Overview
At Proscrubs, we are committed to delivering premium medical apparel that meets our quality standards. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be granted.
By placing an order with Proscrubs, you agree to the terms set forth below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 5–7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unwashed.
The item must not be visibly damaged by the customer.
The return request must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
Proscrubs reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
Size
Color
Different product
Exchange Window:
Exchanges are permitted within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Shipping Costs:
If the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Proscrubs will cover the return shipping cost.
If the exchange is requested for size, color, or style preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be offered at the discretion of Proscrubs.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
You must notify ProScrubs within 2 days of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence must be provided.
You must contact our support team before returning the item.
Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Upon verification, Proscrubs will arrange return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
5. Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or error by Proscrubs.
Proscrubs reserves the right to deny refunds if returned items do not meet eligibility requirements.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
Sale items (unless defective or incorrect)
Products purchased using coupons or promotional discounts
Gift card purchases
These items may only be exchanged if damaged and reported within the required timeframe.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment without penalty.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customers who refuse delivery after shipment may be required to pay the full order amount and applicable shipping charges.
8. Hygiene & Quality Assurance Clause
As Proscrubs provides medical apparel intended for professional environments, we maintain strict hygiene standards.
Returned items must be in hygienic condition. Proscrubs reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of:
Washing
Staining
Odors
Misuse or alteration
Items failing inspection will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
9. Limitation of Liability
ProScrubs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable within Pakistan.
